After spending her career in corporate America as an accountant, she decided to pursue a lifelong dream of opening a studio of her own. Battling constant knee pain and numerous surgeries, she went on the hunt for a low-impact workout that still brought intensity. A good friend of hers introduced her to the Lagree method in California and immediately she was hooked!

Her goal is to create a warm, welcoming studio while building a community of dedicated Lagree enthusiasts. You will always find Laurie greeting clients, teaching a class or working out alongside them on a Megaformer, with all new machines, and trainers who are truly passionate about their clients. They will motivate and help you achieve your goals and provide guidance to ensure proper form for maximum results. All fitness levels are welcome.
